The adaptation keeps the charm of the original film starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere, while re-imagining it for the live theater with new songs and dynamic staging. The Story

Set in early-1990s Los Angeles, we follow Vivian Ward, a street-smart woman who unexpectedly crosses paths with Edward Lewis, a wealthy businessman in need of a guide to the city’s social scene. Their short-term business arrangement takes an unexpected turn into a genuine connection, as both question who they are and what they want from life.
