I really enjoyed the ferry ride out and back to the island. The captain was great, pointing out dolphins for us all to see, and with his array of jokes. He also gave us a run down of the weather so we knew what to expect.
The bike was a downside. The gears were rusted shut so I could not shift up or down. Which was really frustrating.
The overall experience was amazing! And I would do it again.

the explanation of guide of ferry back to perth is understandable for foreigner. I enjoyed the cruise in spite of bad weather. My disappointment a little bit is no prior announcement that we move to freemantle by bus firstly and exchange the ferry.

Great boat ride Perth to Rottnest. Sat on top deck on return- enjoyed it all. Bus tour around island very good. Informative, interesting & numerous commentary by bus driver. Able to get off bus to take photos in few places. Didn't find instructions as to how to get to bus departing place very clear. Time in Rottnest after bus tour & before 4.30pm departure for a wander around the bay, museum & shops. I had a great lunch at Rottnest Hotel overlooking the beach. Ferry staff all very friendly & helpful. I would recommend this ferry & bus tour if only have one day to visit Rottnest Island

The tour guide was really informative and felt really relaxed with her driving. The boat ride over was so smooth i didnt even know i was on the water. I was thankful we were able to catch a earlier boat ride back the same day and nothing was an issue. The only thing i felt was lacking were seats in/around the main harbour. As i am of pension age it was hard to find a seat to rest while walking around some parts of the island after our tour.

As for Heads Out - I accidentally booked an extra adult and tried to ring them about a refund but couldn't speak to anybody. A text message came up and said seeing the experience was over I wouldn't be getting a refund. I wouldn't go through them again!

Great tour with an excellent guide , this was an incredible experience seeing so much with in all the caves visited - to think these stalactites & an stalagmites have been evolving for thousands of years or millions of years is amazing

The Jewel Cave was the most beautiful cave we've ever been. Our guide was very knowledgeable and showed great care towards members of our group who had mobility issues. Checking in and ticketing were easy. I was disappointed that we did not get the Discounts10 as per the online advertisement.

Experience was fabulous! Peter our guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour lots of fun. As for Heads Out - I accidentally booked an extra adult and tried to ring them about a refund but couldn't speak to anybody. A text message came up and said seeing the experience was over I wouldn't be getting a refund. I wouldn't go through them again!
