Knowledge of guides on the tour and all the other volunteer staff we spoke with
The boat ride over the ocean was a bit rough, but once we got there all was forgotten as we headed off on the bike in the sunshine! The island was super easy to get around. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful when asked questions.
I really enjoyed the ferry ride out and back to the island. The captain was great, pointing out dolphins for us all to see, and with his array of jokes. He also gave us a run down of the weather so we knew what to expect. The bike was a downside. The gears were rusted shut so I could not shift up or down. Which was really frustrating. The overall experience was amazing! And I would do it again.
The crew were very helpful. Even without collecting the wristband for the bikes they organised it for us. So we could still discover the beautiful island on bicycles. Of course one of the highlights and reasons coming here are the Quoakkas, and we didn't leave without a selfish. Definitely worth the trip.
Nice and patient staff from Fremantle and the bus tour guide was friendly and helpful. It's a great experience to meet the Quokka at Rottnest Island
Booking online was very simple. Unfortunately our ferry and tour were cancelled due to bad weather conditions. Refund went very smoothly. Would recommend Headout
Very informative about all aspects including history of Rottnest Island. Jason was great at answering everyone's questions.
Seamless service and attentive staff.
Everything was easy, instructions were easy to follow

the explanation of guide of ferry back to perth is understandable for foreigner. I enjoyed the cruise in spite of bad weather. My disappointment a little bit is no prior announcement that we move to freemantle by bus firstly and exchange the ferry.
Our tour guide was awsome, very knowledgeable and her delivery was informative and humorous at times

The islanddwas great and informative
Great boat ride Perth to Rottnest. Sat on top deck on return- enjoyed it all. Bus tour around island very good. Informative, interesting & numerous commentary by bus driver. Able to get off bus to take photos in few places. Didn't find instructions as to how to get to bus departing place very clear. Time in Rottnest after bus tour & before 4.30pm departure for a wander around the bay, museum & shops. I had a great lunch at Rottnest Hotel overlooking the beach. Ferry staff all very friendly & helpful. I would recommend this ferry & bus tour if only have one day to visit Rottnest Island
Lovely day trip, beautiful place, the ferry was excellent although I did find the commentary a bit muffled. Lots to do on the island, now having seen it I might plan things a bit differently next time. Bus tour excellent Abby and Mark friendly and informative 👍
We loved our driver. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Made sure we got to see a Quokka in the wild. Coach comfortable, modern and clean. Great way to know what's available on the island so you can then come back to your favourite spots.
The overall experience was amazing. Had such a great day on the island riding around and seeing all the sights. The ferry trip and the staff was excellent. Very informative with the running commentary heading down to Freo and the staff were very friendly throughout. The ticketing was seemless and very easy. Thank you!
It was easy to book online the day before Ship departs on time
Entertaining ferry to the island and nice swimming spots on the island
Quokkas. Beaches. Ticketing easy on app

A bit rush and not much time for sightseeing
Quick fast and easy to book . Lovely island with great bays.
We had a wonderful experience. Booking was easy. Directions were easy to navigate and everything ran on time for our day. Ride to and from Rottnest Island was comfortable.
Love Rotto Vibe is always relaxing etc Only thing I would love to see is signs asking people not to feed the quokka's Sad to see the sick ones around town area Bus tour was awesome- Nicky was great Hop On & bus is not clear on any google searches either Easter was a very busy time but all the staff were great & friendly
Very organised from start to finish - Ferry staff were amazing with bike distribution, a very slick operation. Thank you!
Online ticketing was easy to use. All ferry and ground staff we had contact were friendly and helpful.
Great trip over and back and I enjoyed the trip with my family. It is quirte expensive to purchase tickets. Sue
It was easy to book and was a reliable service with great staff.
Prompt departure. Very informative. Clean coach but could have been cooler, was a very hot day
Had a wonderful day at Rottnest Island, every thing went smoothly, we had the afternoon bus tour booked but it was a bit rushed as driver had to make good time for other passengers who had the 4.00 pm return ferry trip back to Perth.
It was an awesome experience. The guided tour was superb. Explained the history of the island so well. The tour guide also very helpful and cheerful.
Very simple and informatibe booking system. No dramas. Very comfortable and fast ride over to Rottnest and back.
The bus tour was very informative an the lady was was very friendly and answered all the questions that was asked . We see some beautiful views an beaches . It was very enjoyable.
It was easy to get my ticket. Get onto the ferry cross to Rock Island where we walked swam Road had a wonderful time. The trip home was just as good.
The tour guide was really informative and felt really relaxed with her driving. The boat ride over was so smooth i didnt even know i was on the water. I was thankful we were able to catch a earlier boat ride back the same day and nothing was an issue. The only thing i felt was lacking were seats in/around the main harbour. As i am of pension age it was hard to find a seat to rest while walking around some parts of the island after our tour.
The whole experience from getting to the ferry and back

Fantastic experience, great guide
The tour guide is exemptional and the cave is very impressive. Overall we are happy.
Our guide Peter was very knowledgeable and passionate about the preservation of the cave. He knew so much history and showed us all the amazing spots. We truly enjoyed our tour with him as our guide, especially my overseas friends. Thank you 🙏
Great tour with an excellent guide , this was an incredible experience seeing so much with in all the caves visited - to think these stalactites & an stalagmites have been evolving for thousands of years or millions of years is amazing
The Jewel Cave was the most beautiful cave we've ever been. Our guide was very knowledgeable and showed great care towards members of our group who had mobility issues. Checking in and ticketing were easy. I was disappointed that we did not get the Discounts10 as per the online advertisement.
Experience was fabulous! Peter our guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour lots of fun. As for Heads Out - I accidentally booked an extra adult and tried to ring them about a refund but couldn't speak to anybody. A text message came up and said seeing the experience was over I wouldn't be getting a refund. I wouldn't go through them again!
Ticketing experience was very easy. While I am a relatively fit 70 year old and managed the stairs well, others in the group struggled a bit.
Seamless service and attentive staff.
